Crime & Justice

- In Garden City, Austin Viggers is facing a felony aggravated assault charge after allegedly firing three shots at another driver during a road rage incident. One bullet reportedly went into the SUV’s windshield.
Legal Battles

- Lori Vallow Daybell is demanding the judge be removed from her upcoming Arizona murder conspiracy trial. She claims bias and says her right to a speedy trial has been violated. She was previously convicted of conspiring to murder her fourth husband.
Consumer Lawsuit
The Idaho Attorney General’s Office is suing the now-closed Boise Medical Clinic. The business reportedly sold expensive erectile dysfunction treatment memberships, then shut down without issuing refunds. Attorney General Labrador says it violated consumer protection laws, costing patients thousands of dollars.
Public Defender Pay Raise
Starting June 1, Idaho public defenders will receive a pay raise to $125 an hour. The goal is to ease high caseloads and improve the quality of legal representation across the state.
Twin Falls Event Center Plans
