JANUARY 28TH – TWIN FALLS ROTARY PANCAKE BREAKFAST AT HANSEN ELEMENTARY

Join the Twin Falls Rotary for their annual Pancake Breakfast benefiting local schools. This year's event will benefit Hansen Elementary School on Saturday, January 28th from 7am to 11am as they raise funds to update their playground equipment!

 

BJ'S SPORTS TAVERN - 2ND ANNUAL FUNDRAISER FOR LEUKEMIA & LYMPHOMA

Saturday, January 28th - BJ's Sports Tavern in Heyburn  will be hosting their 2nd Annual Fundraiser for Leukemia & Lymphoma that kicks off at 9pm. Help support our local firefighters who climb to raise money for research & cure for Cancer. Free beer with donations till the kegs are gone! So get there early!! BJ's Sports Tavern will have lots of giveaways, Food & Drink Specials! 12 Stones Karaoke will be in the house to entertain you, and will be a night of fun for a good cause!! Must be 21 years of age or older with valid ID to attend.

 

FEBRUARY 3RD THRU 4TH – MINIDOKA 4-H HORSIN’ AROUND OVERNIGHT CAMP

Coming up February 3rd thru the 4th, The Minidoka County 4-H will be hosting their Horsin' Around Camp at the Minidoka County Fairgrounds, its an overnight indoor horseless horse camp for youth ages 8-18 (as of Jan. 1, 2023) who would like to learn more about horses. The camp is held at the McGregor Center at the Minidoka County Fairgrounds. Friday night there will be games, a horse bowl, and a movie. After breakfast and an escape room on Saturday morning, there will be classes, roping, and of course a craft. Awards & certificates will be presented and then campers will head home at 4pm. The cost is only $30.00 for the first member in the immediate family, $20.00 for each additional member, and adults are $10.00. The registration deadline is January 27. FEBRUARY 18TH - CAMP RAINBOW GOLD 2023 SHARE YOUR HEART BALL

After three years, Camp Rainbow Gold is back with their 2023 Share Your Heart Ball. Dine, dance, celebrate, all in support and celebration of Idaho’s children who have been diagnosed with cancer and their families. This event will be on Saturday, February 18th beginning at 5pm at the Sun Valley Resort. The Share Your Heart Ball is the primary fundraiser for Camp Rainbow Gold, an Idaho nonprofit providing hope, love, fun, and a community of support to children diagnosed with cancer. Camp Rainbow Gold programs are made possible by the generosity of donors, sponsors, volunteers, and community support through events like the Share Your Heart Ball. FEBRUARY 24TH – MAGIC VALLEY SYMPHONY CONCERT AT THE CSI FINE ARTS AUDITORIUM

The Magic Valley Symphony Winter Concert will be held on Friday, February 24th at the CSI Fine Art’s Auditorium at 7:30pm. This year’s concert features Guest Cellist Juliette Herlin. French-born cellist Juliette Herlin joins the Symphony for a performance of the powerful Cello Concerto In B Minor by Antonin Dvořák. Plus — MVS Guest Conductors lead music by Alexander Borodin & the Finale to Dvořák’s New World Symphony. The Twin Falls Rotary is gearing up for their 11th Annual Martini Tasting and Masquerade Ball at the Fieldhouse & Event Center beginning at 6pm on Friday, February 24th to benefit Magic Valley Charities! Their theme this year is an audience participation murder mystery “Saints & Sinners”! This spy-worthy themed martini event will be filled with intrigue, scandal, and murder where you are part of a top-secret organization with a mission of world domination. Not only will you have the objective to find the spies in the elusive group, you'll be tasked with sleuthing two murders all while tasting martinis of course! It's going to be a fun one this year!
